Browns Free Agents and Acquistions

Posted on: March 4, 2008 9:45 am

The Browns just showed everyone in their division that they will pay to get better.  They fielded a nice team last year and just didn't win when it was necessary.  The group gets to gel with new players who played at a high level individually and now have an oppurtunity to do it with teammates that they trust.  Shaun Rogers should be a dominant force on the inside with Williams next to him.  Donte' Stallworth is a big play threat to go along with extremely talented group of pass catchers on their team.  They are going to make a spalsh if their defense can gel under Head Coach Romeo Crennel.  If he can get the D to play together they will win the division.

Their offense cannot regress.  Derek Anderson must show the QB that he was before week 16 is the QB for this team and not the one that showed up vs. the Bengals.  If they win, it's up to him protecting ball and making smart decisions.  Braylon Edwards and Kellen "the Warrior" Winslow need to play at the All-Pro level they are capable of playing at, and Jamal Lewis just needs to break a 1,000 yards for this team to go to the playoffs.

Pittsburgh BEWARE!!!!

About WHAT IT DO??
This blog is a forum to vent my expectations, frustrations, and bad signings in the world of the major sports I watch (NFL, NBA, Boxing, Baseball (A little), WWE (Just kidding), and NHRA Drag Racing).
